There are not any specific colleges especially for providing the students internships right from your 1st year if you are talking about the 4 year B.Tech course.

Whether i will talk about IIT's,NIT's,IIIT's or any GFTI it totally depends on the student itself that he/she is intersted in doing internships right from the first year.

There are a lot of freelancing activities or work from home internships are available on Internshala,where you can build your resume and intern at any good platform.

Yes you can learn while doing these internships.

So there are not any specific college for doing this thing.

I also started interning from my first year only(Careers360),so the thing that matters is your consistency.

Hello Manaswi, 

Most of the companies offer you to earn while you're doing your internship but it depends upon you and not on the college. The collegewill only provide you ha platform where you have to only perform. So most of the colleges in india provide such opportunities.
