It's very difficult for you to get CSE in well reputed colleges considering your rank. So mentioning colleges won't really help you. Instead go to a few colleges and enquire through management rounds or against cap rounds, and reserve any good/decent college that you get. Because else you Will find it very difficult. All the best!
