Suppose an OBC B student get a rank of 1 AIR and he gets the same college under OBC and in general, then he will get OBC or general seat

If you get a AIR 1 and you are a OBC candidate then you will get a seat under general category.

Yes, General category is not a reserved category and all the candidate comes under this category so if a OBC candidate get more score or get higher rank than unreserved category student then he/she will get seat in general category .
