It is not possible to fill all the seats in first phase in a college in all the branches. Not everyone will report at the allotted college so candidates who haven't confirmed the seat by reporting to the college such vacant seats in the colleges will be considered for second phase counselling. A candidate must report to the allotted college if he/she wants to get admission within the stipulated time otherwise the seat will be cancelled and that seat will remain vacant and will be considered for second phase counselling.
