Greetings

Yes NTA scores are Directly comparable But Not the RAW marks obtained in the JEE Main, Therefore if Someone got NTA score of 80 then He is better than NTA score of 79 but if someone got 80 Marks then we can not tell that if 80 is better than 79 if these marks are from different shifts.
