Hi

No, neet syllabus has not been reduced.

NEET syllabus is still the same ,  but yes as many boards including CBSE has reduced the syllabus so to give some relaxation there are chances that internal choices will be provided to attempt the question just like NTA increased the number of questions for JEE main from 75 to 90 in order to provide internal choices for attempting question.

This  syllabus  will  be  very  helpful  in  your  preparation  because  it  will  let  you know  the  topics  and  chapters which are included  in  your  examination   , so go well  through  your  syllabus  and  plan your  studies  so  that  you  can  score  well in  your  neet  examination.

Current neet examination pattern is provided below:-

NEET EXAM PATTERN

* Neet examination is conducted for a total of 720 marks

*You will have  a total of 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology .

*45 questions will be from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry, and 90 questions will be from your biology.

* Duration of examination is 3 hours.

Marking scheme:-
* 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer

* there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer

*No mark is deducted for unanswered questions
