Both are good as such no major difference between them so if you get these two branch in different college then prefer college.

In same college you prefer cse with specialization if you are interested in that specialization.but in placement/internship opportunity skills matter more than the tag of your specialization.so Please do not be panic much more about specialization or non specialization in cse.if you gain required skills then they help you for job.please again ask question and specify about in which college you get admission in which branch and mention necessary details carefully.
