for admission in Tamil Nadu Medical Colleges you will have to appear for NEET 2019 which will be conducted on 5th of may 2019.regarding reservation NEET has provision for 15% All india Quota which is divided among Scheduled caste,Scheduled Tribes,OBC NCL and Physically handicapped.

being All India Quota candidates from other colleges will also be eligible for these seats.

the state government also has its reservation regulations but you will have to select only single type while applying.
