Tancet 2019 mba counselling forms asks me for maximum marks and secured marks per semester in engineering but there is only gpa in B.E deg.

You should change the gpa into the percentage to fill that in the councelling forms and acoording tp the grades fill in the marks obtained . You should mention there about the be degree and rest fill in the marks accordingly, this can be filled in the form.
