Hello Sanjeev,

There are several techniques for stress management some of them are mentioned below:

  • Doing Yoga, meditation
  • Keeping a positive attitude.
  • Accepting events out of our control.
  • Be assertive and interactive instead of aggressive.

  • Have a well-balanced diet.
  • Have a better time management. Make time for hobbies, interests, and relaxation.
  • Get enough rest and sleep (https://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/default.htm) .
  • Reduce consumption of alcohol, drugs, or compulsive behaviors to reduce stress.
  • Be social as much as you can.
