According to the Telangana and Andhra Government,

If you are below 32 years and belong to SC/ST or BC category and have yearly income below 1.5 lakh per year , if you apply for M.Tech through TS PGECET ,then fee reimbursement/waiver is provided through Telangana and Andhra Pradesh government. I hope it helped you
