In order to offer a practical placement at JSS Science and Technology University, the placement officer and the companies participate in a variety of industry-institute activities which are listed below:

• Domain-specific core companies offer regular student development programmes in the form of technical workshops, seminars, and quiz programmes.

• Regular industry visits will be organised.

• Special scholarships will be awarded to students who excel academically.

• Students should be encouraged to engage in hackathons and coding contests.

Students work as interns in and for companies during the final year of their B.E./ M.Tech and M.C.A degree. As a result, students get important practical experience while also contributing their own knowledge and skills to the companies they are working for. Students have a lot of expertise and knowledge, and they are ready to learn and are capable and willing to contribute to the growth of the company. JSS Science and Technology University placement and training department take initiatives to provide adequate training to students to enable them to have better employability skills compared to other colleges. The majority of JSS STU students will be converted to full-time employees based on their internship performance. Companies such as INTUIT, GOLDMANA SACHS, NETAPP, SAP, HP, AVAYA, Mercedes Benz, Accenture, Infosys, Microsoft, Reliance Industries, and others who provide lucrative salaries will hire the students on campus after adequate training and practice.
