Dear Hari,

Engineering offers more then 10 course for aspirants in Diploma,Undergraduate ,Post graduate with many more degree and also some of certificate course but there is no college  offer part time course for aspirants .If you are working person and difficult to manage your time between work and course then you can go through distance education .There are lots of college offer distance course for working person .
