There are two ways to join company Secretary course. You can either join CS after completion of your 10+2 or after graduation. If you opt to join CS course after 10+2 then you'll have to get yourself registered for CS foundation exam and qualify it. And if you are a graduate then you can directly enroll yourself for CS executive level. The admission for CS course is taken throughout the year. The registration is done online from official portal.

Hello student Admission to ICSI's Company Secretary programme is open throughout the year.

Those who wish to appear for Foundation Programme examination in December (same year) must get themselves enrolled by March 31; and those who wish to appear in June exam next year must enroll themselves by September 30.

Company Secretary course is consist of 3 levels.

CS foundation

CS executive

CS Final
