Hey,
Bachelor of Arts is an undergraduate programme. It's duration is three  years.You can pursue Bachelor of Arts that is BA in various courses like English,History,Political Science and many more. Once you are done with your BA you can go for MA that is Master of Arts in the subject you want to specialise in. You can even get into jobs after your BA.
Now coming to Mass Communication.
Mass Communication is one of the most sought after career options in today's era. It's a medium to disperse information to the world and includes various fields like Journalism,News gathering and reporting,Film direction and Production,Public Relations,Advertising,corporates communication and the list continues. You can pursue Bachelors in Mass Communication or Bachelor of Journalism or Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication. You may go for Masters in Mass Communicatio post your graduation.
