There are many factors which make these two campuses comparable. First is location, Dera Bassi campus is located far away from the urban area, it is basically in the village area. You need to struggle a lot to visit the city. Other than this, crowd is also not good. Next is facilities, Dera bassi campus provides good hostel and other facilities to students such as fully air conditioned classes, labs, labiraries, etc. And same is for the patiala campus. The faculty in both the campuses is skilled and knowledgeable. And coming to the placements, all students will get placed from Patiala campus only. In fact CSE DB is 2 years Dera Bassi and 2 years Patiala. You get to spend last two years in Patiala.
