Sir, what if my property is in my village and I am residing in the nearby city. The address mention in my certificate is that of village and address in my application is of city?

The application address and the certificate address has to be same as per my knowledge because that is a form of address proof of the candidate. So if you wish to avoid any sort of issue at the time of counselling and reporting, please get a new OBC-NCL certificate. You have some time left to do it and it won't cost you much, both time and money or you can take a shot with the certificate you have at the moment. It is your choice candidate.
