If you're just a beginner then you can go for Duolingo app . In this app you can learn many other languages as well. It starts from a very basic and increase the level slowly at your pace.

Other apps that you can try are: Udemy (paid/free courses for english), bbc learning english, hello english, cake, Unacademy, etc
