*There is no such thing that best subject in M.  Tech in civil engineering.But i can say that  Gaining the knowledge is  one of the fields of Civil Engineering which puts you a head  then others  makes you a more preferred choice for the employers. Based upon my view I  will mention  some of the branches of Civil Engineering in which you can pursue M. Tech are  they are Structural Engineering  , Transportation Engineering , Construction Management and Geotechnical Engineering .
