I think you are talking about P.S.G COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY, COIMBATORE. The fees would be Rs.3 lakhs for total of 4 years. As I think for year 1 it is approximately Rs. 73,000 so yes it must be talking about Total course fee for four years.
