Its depend on College to college if they are Describe it annual basis then it must be mentioned with the fees like 1.5 lac per annum...

Or they will mention that Total tuition fees of the course is 6 lac.

There is also Different stucture in diaplay of fees like including hostel fees or excluding hostel & mess..Whenever you find doubt on fees then Contact to the college authority immediately before applying that college

But mostly the fee given is the annual fees.
