Special Round of JEXPO Counselling 2019 (Manual Round): If after completion of online counselling rounds there are vacant seats left, a special offline counselling will be conducted to fill these seats. This manual JEXPO 2019 counselling round will be open to only those candidates who weren’t offered any seats in the online counselling process. Nevertheless, the allotment of seats will be based on the JEXPO 2019 merit rank only. But the date of manual counselling has not been confirmed yet.
