Hello Chanakya,

I understand your query and I'm here to help you regarding your query !

Generally, all the colleges which offer seats through EAMCET ranking are not government colleges and many private colleges take place in counselling and provide admission based on the EAMCET rank secured. So, government colleges also offer admission on basis of merit in the examination such as SV University, Jawaharlal Nehru technological university, etc..,

Feel free to ask us to help you regarding any other queries and for further assistance !

Hope this helps !!

Good luck !
