Yes,you can join India airforce by having a open degree.

Open degree has the same value as regular degree.
You may be heard for others that open degree has less value but don't be worried it has an equal value.

But remember you have following  eligibility to get qualified in India airforce.

Student must be 10+2 passed with minimum 50% in aggregate and 50% in  English

See that you have minimum of 60% so that you will not face any problem in 1 or 2 marks while being selected in process.
