that application for all UG programs will start only after the declaration of Higher Secondary results and the admissions will also be made on the basis of the same result of Higher secondary if by that time Senior secondary result would not be published.

So even if you won't get your class 12th result by the time of application then also you would get admission to the required course but on the provisional basis so you don't have to worry about that and whenever the result will be published you can submit it to the colleges and then your admission will be converted to permanent.
