The form for NEET PG 2020 requires a passport sized photograph. i just want to ask whether the name and date on it should be handwritten (as for pgi exam) or it can be digital?

The official guidelines do not mention that in specific. So either of them is fine. According to the official guidelines, the photograph needs to be of maximum 80 kb size and either in JPEG/JPG format. If you think your handwriting might be misunderstood, to leave no chance for any rejection of the application, it is better to get it digitally printed.
