NDA is an entrance examination for admission in to Indian Naval Academy, Indian Airforce Academy and Indian Military Academy. You have to give the preferences in the order. You have to select the preferences in the NDA form itself. There isn't any separate form that you need to fill to specify your preference. If your first preference is Indian Airforce Academy you have to put it first in the preference and second preference can be either Indian Military Academy or Indian Naval Academy.
