I hope you are doing well ,structure factor is a Critical tool  in the interpretation of scattering  obtained in X-ray, electron and neutron diffraction experiments. Confusingly, there are two different mathematical expressions in use, both called structure factor.

But as per your query you not mentioned properly for what you wants to need the geometrical structure factor .
