Hello Padala,

You can find wavelength of neutron by using the following formula:-

                     Wavelength= h/(2*m*E)^1/2

Where,

h= Planck's Constant

E=Kinetic energy

m= mass of neutron

So, on putting all the values in the given formula and on calculating you will get your desired result.
