Arshiya, this slot is not for new registrations. This is for Candidates who have applied for NEET during the earlier slot but haven't completed their application process. The registration window has been opened for those Candidates who haven't completed the application process. Such Candidates can complete the application process and make the payment. If your application has been rejected once, you cannot register afresh now. But NTA has just closed the correction process and the application acceptance/rejection can be only known at time of admit card. It is too early to know whether your application has been accepted or rejected or cancelled for that matter.

National testing academy reopened NEet 2020 registrations from February 3 to 9 till 11:50 pm for those candidates who couldn't complete their registration process, this slot is not for new registrations, if your registration was cancelled you can't apply.
