Hi there!

Option (B) is the correct answer.

7000 is a four digit number.

1st digit . 2nd digit . 3rd digit 4th digit

There are 3 ways to fill position 1 (i.e. 0,1,3)  and for the remaining position there are 5 ways each so,

Number of possible ways are= 3 x 5 x 5 x 5 - 1= 374
