According to the official website https://appgecetd.nic.in/auth/pgecet_notification.pdf , the qualified and eligible registered Candidates of GATE/GPAT and APPGECET for admission to M.Tech/M.Pharmacy/Pharma.D, the counseling will commence from 17th November. Verified Candidates Can get their Login IDs by sending SMS to 8790499899 as 'APPGECET(space)01(space) HallTicket Number'  through their registered mobile number. This is the latest information available. So keep checking the official website. The link might be released anytime this week.
