you can call on the helpline number or email where you have registered to know whether your payment has been confirmed or not

Don't worry. Something due to network issue this problem arises. Here it means that the payment is deducted from your account but not recieved by the concerning party and the transaction was not completed. Just wait for 7 working days , your money will be refunded back to your account from which it was deducted.
