Dear Grace, a photo with Name and Date or without Name and Date is also fine. But make sure that you are using the same photo that you used in the NEET application form on the Admit Card. In case you do not have a similar photo, please use a latest photo. This will help you be identfied with the photo in the application form and you will not face anyb. hassles during checking.
