No issues it just means the background should be a light colour light blue and white both will be okay.
The following are the criteria for passport and postcard photo required in NEET:-

Passport photo:-

• Date of Photograph should not be later than September 1, 2019

• Focus should be on face with 80% and more face coverage

• Ears should be clearly visible

• The photograph must be in white background.

• There should be no scenery or other objects in the background of the photograph.

• Cap or goggles are a big NO NO.

• If you wear spectacles regularly then take a photograph with them on. Ideally one without them would be a better way to avoid the light glare on the specs.

• Do NOT use Polaroid and Computer-generated photos for the NEET application.

• Do NOT attest the photographs.

• POST CARD PHOTO = The same passport size photograph can be used and resized to get the post card size photograph. Candidates must keep at least 4 to 5 of these in hand for counselling and admissions.
