Hello aspirant,

Documents required for AP NEET Counselling are given below.

  • NEET UG 2021 Admit Card.
  • NEET UG 2021 Result Copy.
  • Class 10 mark sheet / Birth Certificate - For Date of Birth Verification.
  • Print out of Andhra Pradesh MBBS application form - 2021.
  • Aadhaar Card / Passport - For NRI candidates.
  • Minority Certificate if applicable.
  • PwD certificate if applicable.
  • Class 12 th Marks Sheet.
  • Permanent Caste Certificate issued by Government.
  • Undertaking signed by parents or guardian on a white paper.
  • Declaration which is signed by the candidates.

At least 2 sets of above mentioned documens are required.
