Hello candidate,

The space shuttle is moving in higher orbit then the smallest satellite which has to be repaired by it, so let the speed of the satellite repaired be X m/sec.

Now, since it's in higher orbit show so it has a lower centre of attraction towards the earth and hence it needs larger speed than the moving satellite for its repairment ( which is equal to > X m/sec).
