KVPY ( Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana) is a National level exam conducted for scholarship upto Pre PhD level. KVPY exam contains courses of 10th, 11th and 12th depending upon the screen applied for. SA, SB, SX are the three fields under the exam. Each paper will have questions from Mathematics ,Physics, Chemistry and Biology. If you apply after class 12 there apply for SX stream. If you apply after class 11th then apply for SA stream.

Physics include electrostatics, heat and thermodynamics, current electricity, EMI and AC and Kinematics.

Chemistry include Electrochemistry ,Chemical Kinetics,  Coordination Compounds Thermodynamics, D block and F block elements, Aromatic Compounds.

Mathematics includes co-ordinate geometry,  Calculus Vector 3D , Quadratic Equations and Trigonometric Functions.

Biology includes Diversity of Living Organisms, Genetics and Evolution, Control and Coordination in plants and animals.
