Hey!

The word physics is derived from a Greek word φσις (Physica), meaning "nature". Physics can also be defined as a natural science that studies matter, its motion and behavior through space and time, and the related entities of energy and force.

In Greek, the word Physics originated in the late 15th century. But, in India, physics has been one of the integral parts of our ancestors' lives. In epics like Ramayana and Mahabharatha, many physics experiments and theories have been used.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.
