Dear candidate hope you are doing well, yes I agree that some of the college are charging higher mostly private ones but they dont charge you any donation fees. Donation fees is for those who come from maganagement qouta seat mainly and they have to pay much higher than those who take admission based on their merit which may be examination or board score.

If you went through your merit then you don't need to worry about donation fees.
