As your other documents have slight change in your parents name it does not causes a issue. If your details are according to 10th marksheet then it does not creates problem during the exam or counselling.
However I suggest you to report at least an hour before the last reporting time i.e. 12.30 pm so that there is enough time to avoid any inconvenience.
Futher you can get a affedavit for the differences in your parents name, it will be helpful to get away from any chaos .

There is limited time left for neet 2021, so you should be focusing on your preparation by revising the chapters and solve mock test as well as previous year question papers. It will boost your confidence, pace up your speed, helps in time management and helps in your preparation.
