Hey there!

Yes, they verify the documents you submit. Till last year the counselling process was offline so you had to take your result along with a couple of photocopies to the counselling session. This year however, you'd have to simply upload the documents I assume.

jamesh16072 I am sorry I didn't get it earlier. They don't mail you or anything that the verification was successful. Although, they'd tell you if there was some issue.
