The paper was comparatively easy .So, I will assumed to that a cut off is going to be high

Hey vistesh
Yes you are absolutely in a right way.
It may increase this year because there are two factors
First you will get two chance so in second chance everyone try to score higher than previous ( they became familiar and used to the exam pressure).
Secondly there are 8 and 8 total 16 slots in a year so the quality of questions will decrease and the exam will be easy for you if you practice good .
So as for everyone it will be easy and the cut off will be high ( because they passed certain percentage of students from total ).
