No doubt that the cutoff scores  may decrease by some level with an increase in the no. Of seats of institute. But that directly does not mean that the cutoffs will go down because this is not the only factor on which the cutoffs depend. Cutoffs  increase  with increase in the easiness of question paper , no.of students appeared for the exam. So , if any of these two factors increase , cutoffs may increase . So the main cutoffs will be a result of all of these factors.
