Now the decision to drop depends on yourself as you are the best judge of how you prepared and how much more better you can improve if you give the exam again. You can also get other courses like Bvsc, nursing bds with your marks so it depends on your aim and priorites. Also consult your parents and be clear about your priorities before taking any decision.
