Last year in silchar medical college , the NEET cut off marks for Assam for a general category student was around 415. One scoring 415 got seat in Tezpur Medical College or Barpeta Medical college.

Speaking about Silchar Medical College, scoring around 460–470 keeps you on the safe side of getting a seat. But, it's just a probable figure as the cut off marks may fluctuate year to year.
