Yes if a student passes all the eligibility criterias that is he/she should have secured a minimum 45% marks in 12th class and should have qualified JEE Mains and passed all the subjects in 12th class, then yes, the candidate is eligible to sit for Counseling for Self Financed Technological Institutes.
