Hi dear!! Hope you are doing well!! For being eligible for giving NEET , you need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in your 12th boards in PCB subjects. So, even if your results are based on your re exam, still if you have scored 50% aggregate marks in PCB, you are eligible for NEET 2020.
