Dear Rohit, such Candidates are eligible for Institutional quota. For example, lets say if you belong to Maharashtra but you have completed your 12th in Delhi, you will be eligible for Delhi Institutional Quota or Internal Quota. You also can participate in Delhi State Counselling and be eligible for their 85% MBBS/BDS seats in Government Medical Colleges.
