Though i got more than passing marks in my boards i still applied for cbse improvement exam 2021 for some reason and now i don't want to give the exam. So if i don’t appear for exam will I get fail or my old marks will remain as it is.

Hello,

I hope you are doing well, If you passed in your previous exam but still applied for improvement exam but somehow you dont want to appear for the exam then you will not be failed. You can use your previous marksheet that you got. If you applied for 4 subjects and want to appear for just 1-2 subject then in that case also you can do it. Your new marksheet will be delivered at your house.

i have given compartment exam in music, and improvement exam in 4 main subject except music, now while getting admission in college they ask me to give total marks in 500, but i have given improvement for 400 marks, which subject marks should i add in 400 to make it 500
